The platform

Offline-first field capture
Records are held encrypted on the device and sent when a network appears. A record already accepted by the server is never sent twice. If the device cannot get a GPS fix, the photograph of the building supplies the position.

Identity and quality control built in
Mandatory fields, consent and house marking are enforced where the record is made, and the platform draws the 10% physical verification sample itself. Identity data is encrypted and held under the NDPA 2023.
